Matthew G. Naftis was born in Manhassett, New York, on August 13, 1974, and admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001. Mr. Naftis is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Naftis earned the degrees of B.A. (1996) and M.L.A. (2001) from Southern Methodist University, and received his legal education at Texas Wesleyan University (J.D., 2001), where he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi.
