Boyce L. Graham was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on January 28, 1951, and admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1991.

Mr. Graham earned an A.B. degree from Georgia State University in 1972 and a J.D. degree in 1991 from Southern Methodist University, where he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, received the Dr. Don M. Smart Prize for Directed Research (1990-1991), and served as Citation Editor for the Journal of Air Law & Commerce (1990-1991).

Mr. Graham’s professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
