Cynthia
G. Dooley was born in Galveston, Texas,
on June 6, 1965, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in
1992. Ms. Dooley is admitted to practice in the United States
District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts
of Texas.
Ms.
Dooley earned a B.A. degree from Rice University in 1984 and a
J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 1992.
She served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Harold C. Abramson,
United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas,
from 1992 to 1994. Her publications include Wrongful Discharge:
The Public Policy Exception, the Public Concern Requirement,
and Employees Private Lives, 11 Rev. Litig. 387 (1992).
Ms.
Dooleys professional memberships include the State Bar of
